Biography

R. (Ruud) Beerens received the M.Sc. degree (with great appreciation) in Mechanical Engineering in 2015 at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in the Netherlands. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Dynamics & Control group within the department of Mechanical Engineering at the TU/e. His current research interests include hybrid control design for cost-effective high-performance positioning equipment.
